In 1996, world leaders gathered in Manila and Subic Bay for the APEC Summit.

This application demonstrated a web-based application running on Perl-CGI. Clicking on a country on the world map allows the user to drill down to the country level and view tabular and graphical data retrieved from the backend. Charts were rendered on the fly using Java applets on the browser side.
